With 12 years of experience as an individual, couples, and family therapist, I specialize in helping clients navigate relational challenges, adjustment to new phases of life and change. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your emotions and increase clarity and harmony in your life and relationships.
My work focuses on teaching effective communication skills and interrelational skills that foster understanding, ensure conflict resolution and effective decision making, increase empathy, intimacy and trust.
I incorporate role playing in session and guide individuals and the couple through a series of goal setting and values driven processes to achieve relational goals without alienating and distancing one another.

Remote Telehealth Sessions
Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes length.
Couples sessions are 90 minutes length
Session Days and Times
Sessions are currently available Friday and Saturday
6 pm - 9 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Background and Clinical Style
My training and experience is heavily influenced by Depth Psychology, Psychodynamic-Psychoanalytic theories, Narrative, Exposure and Existential Therapy, Family Systems theories, Object Relations and Attachment based theories.
I particularly have experience supporting individuals and the couple effectively navigate change, and new phases of life. Examples relate to embarking on a new relationship, becoming new parents, becoming newly weds, career changes, adjusting to extended family relations, empty nesting, grief, and divorce.
